Pesto, Feta, Olives and Balsamic Pizza

Krystle’s Story

Due to being of Italian heritage, I love to create new toppings for pizzas to mix it up a bit!
A new one that I have made is called the Pesto, Feta, Olives and Balsamic Pizza
It is Yum yum and yum!!!

Ingredients

Some simple steps to follow include:

Ingredients:

1 Pizza base
-Half a punet of black olives
-Pesto paste
-1 cup of feta
-Half a cup of mozzarella cheese
-Drizzle of balsamic malt

Preparation

Method:

1. Heat the oven to 200 degree Celsius. If fan forced, 180 degree Celsius.
2.Place the pizza base onto the oven tray. Spread the pesto sauce evenly, leaving no gaps on the pizza base.
Then top with all ingredients. Black olives, feta, drizzled with balsamic malt and then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.
3. Place into oven for 10-15 minutes.

Simple as three steps.

This home-made meal is simply divine and compliments well with a garden salad.

Divine, easy and not time consuming. What more do you want. Great for the whole family to enjoy!
